Responsible

Responsible for managing all systems within the factory.
Able to manage work in accordance with policy of the company as specified
Supervise employees in the factory section of not less than 200 people.
Manage work planning, work analysis, work follow-up, and supervise engineering work, production work in accordance with the company's set KPIs
Plan strategies and improve the production process to work quickly and reduce waste from the production line to meet the company's requirements.
Manage personnel to ensure work efficiency
Control production and testing systems
Give advice and decide to solve problems.

Male, age 40-55 years
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology Engineering , Mechanical or Electrical
Have at least 5 years of experience and have knowledge of ISO9001 management systems, ISO14001 environmental systems, occupational health and safety systems, ISO45001, LEAN, KAIZEN,TPS,TDM,5S and others.
Able to use English very well in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (TOEIC score of 650 or more)
Have knowledge of using programs (ERP, SAP, etc.)
Experience in cost management policies. and increasing production
